More often than not, we throw our healthy habits out of the window when we go on vacation. We think it’s the perfect time to “cheat” on our diets, skip our workouts, and not worry about our overall well being. Know that it doesn’t have to be this way. If you are vacationing this summer, here are a few ways you can continue your healthy habits while you are away from your normal day-to-day routine.  Move your body.  Don’t forget to move your body while on vacation! Although you may spend the
