We have consulted with some of the best trainer’s in the Southeast to formulate a dynamic class schedule to better serve our member’s needs. Rather than just offer basic classes, or one style of activity, we will present you with a diverse offering of group classes that will suit all fitness levels and needs.
Thanks to Sarah LaTour, our Director of Group Fitness, we are able to offer unique class experiences that you won’t find anywhere else in this area. Whether it be high intensity interval training (BURN, HIIT:30, or Insanity), yoga, indoor cycling (RIDE:45, 30, Zen, or Carnival), plyometrics, or strength training, we have a class that you will love and enjoy.
And don’t worry about missing out. With two over sized training classrooms most classes will be available to accommodate walk-in or last-minute registrations. More of a planner? BURN: A full body high-intensity, low equipment workout. This class is structured with short bursts of cardio intervals paired with strength training. A great way to blast fat while toning your entire body.
BUTI Yoga: BUTI Yoga is a dynamic and soulful combination of Power yoga, Kundalini, strength-building plyometric movements, and tribal dance. BUTI is an Indian Marathi word that means "a cure that has been hidden or kept secret".
Carnival Ride: You CAN do it all. Party and tone your entire body at the same time, with the best of Brazilian, Latin and American music. In Carnival Ride, be ready to climb, sprint, attack, and have fun while doing it!
FIRE: Bring out the FIRE within from this body weight Interval Training class! come prepared to sweat, be challenged, and grow. This class is full of plyometric movements, strength, and conditioning your entire body. Join this energetic *NEW* class!
Guts & Butts: This class has two objectives: (1) Chisel your core and ignite your metabolism with challenging, six-pack exercises that builds abdominal muscles and enhances total-body performance. (2) Strategically engineered to lift and shape your hottest asset. Fire up your glutes, build strength and definition, and get powerful.
HIIT: 30: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) will transform your body in a short amount of time through strength and cardiovascular activity. In this class you will use a variety of weights as well as your own body. This training is a great way to burn more calories, improve performance, and teach your body how to burn more fat. Be prepared to work! Beginners are welcome.
HotCore: This is a 30 minute class that utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique to engage the deep muscles of the core. Broken into pre-sequenced sets to maximize muscle toning, look, and functionality, HotCore is the perfect add-on class for students looking to enhance core strength or push the limits of their yoga practice. Please bring fuzzy socks!
JUST LIFT: Our primary strength training class! JUST LIFT is a fundamental strength and conditioning class designed to strengthen the entire body with a variety of sequences and equipment. Fun and effective for all fitness levels.
JUST LIFT 30: A 30 minute lower & upper body workout divided into two days. (Lower on Tuesdays, and upper on Thursdays). This class focuses on low impact exercises isolating each muscle group with control. While it is low impact, it's not low intensity. This class will utilize a variety of accessories including: weights, body bars, sliders, bands, & steps. Builds strength and endurance in the entire body.
Mat Pilates: This Pilates class is a low equipment complete mat program to tone your entire body. Pilates creates core strength, improves posture, balance, and flexibility. It increases energy & provides complete awareness between the body and the mind. Tension and stress relief is also an important aspect of this class.
PiYo LIVE: Get ready to experience a strong combination of the best Pilates and yoga-inspired moves and cranked up the speed to give you full throttle cardio, strength, and flexibility training—all at once. PiYo packs it ALL into each workout so you can build lean muscle mass—as you're burning crazy calories.
RIDE: A cardio workout on a stationary bike based on cycling principles. Classes are technique based and/or real terrain based and focuses on cadence, heart-rate zones, climbs & sprints that can make an unpredictable ride that is fun and challenging.
Synergy: A non-studio, exciting circuit workout on the synergy piece in between studio A & B. Created and led by ISAA Personal Trainer, Kyle Higginbotham and ACE Personal Trainer, Sarah LaTour. Turbo Kick: Turbo Kick is traditional kickboxing moves meets high-intensity interval training (HIIT) meets PARTY for an unbelievable calorie burn. Get ready to have a blast getting into knockout shape—learning hard-hitting combos while torching fat and carving lean muscle in the most empowering class you’ve ever taken!
Vinyasa Yoga: Vinyasa Yoga is led by 200 Hour certified yoga instructor, Katie Truax. Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by striking postures together so that you move from one to another seemlessly, using breath. No two classes are ever alike.
Yoga Flow: An energetic flow that connects dynamic movements with the breath, taking you through sun salutations, and other movements before you enter a state of deep relaxation through savasana. Yoga Flow improves strength, flexibility, and concentration. It will leave you feeling confident and energized!
ZenRide: A cardio workout on a stationary bike that provides you the opportunity for a stronger body, clearer mind, and lighter spirit.
