Exercise and Heart Health February is the perfect month to showcase red, a color of passion and vibrance. Another reason that might not come to mind immediately is the connection to our heart health. At Grand Fitness, we’re focusing on how exercise and healthy lifestyle choices positively affect the heart. The American Heart Association recommends at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity or 75 minutes per week of vigorous aerobic activity or a combination of both. Regular exercise helps combat high blood pressure, heart attacks, strokes, and many other chronic diseases.
