Group Fitness Classes

We offer a variety of group fitness experiences designed for all fitness levels. You’ll enjoy unique classes that you won’t find anywhere else in the area, from high-intensity interval training to yoga, indoor cycling, plyometrics, and strength training. There’s a class that’s perfect for you!

Don’t worry about missing out—our two spacious training rooms can accommodate walk-ins or last-minute registrations for most classes. Prefer to plan ahead? Our scheduling system lets you book classes in advance online or through the Grand Fitness App.
