What should I bring to class?
Just yourself, athletic attire, and water. Equipment is provided unless noted.
Do I need to sign up in advance?
We may track attendance for planning purposes, but members are welcome to attend classes on a walk-in basis, space permitting.
Are classes suitable for beginners?
Yes. Classes are designed to accommodate all experience levels, with modifications provided as needed.
