These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Grand Fitness website and membership services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or enrolling in membership services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Membership Terms
Grand Fitness offers both month-to-month and annual membership options.
Month-to-Month Membership
Cancellation must be submitted on or before the 27th of the preceding month.
Requests received after the 27th may result in billing for the following month due to processing timelines.
Annual Membership
Cancellation prior to renewal must be submitted on or before the 27th of the preceding month.
Early termination of an annual agreement may result in a $250 early termination fee.
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are generally not issued without exceptional circumstances and the member being in good standing.
3. Minor Policy
Members ages 16–18 may use the gym independently with a signed parental or guardian liability acknowledgment.
Members ages 11–15 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and are limited to cardio and bodyweight equipment.
Children ages 10 and under may utilize designated childcare services only.
Childcare services are available for ages 6 weeks to 10 years.
4. Website Use
All website content, including text, images, branding, and logos, is the property of Grand Fitness Miramar LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Users agree not to misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access to systems or member accounts.
5. Limitation of Liability
Participation in fitness activities involves inherent risks. By becoming a member, you acknowledge that you participate voluntarily. Full assumption-of-risk and liability release terms are contained within the executed membership waiver.
Grand Fitness Miramar LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or membership participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Third-Party Services
We utilize third-party providers including Club Automation for membership and payment processing. Grand Fitness is not responsible for the independent privacy or security practices of these providers.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
8. Modifications
Grand Fitness reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
